Suitable for virgin, coloured, or pre‑lightened hair, the powder mixes easily with Welloxon Perfect Developer (1:1.5‑1:2) at 6%, 9% or 12% strength. Apply to dry hair, develop up to 50 minutes, then rinse and follow with Wella post‑lightening care such as Color Motion+ or WellaPlex for bond protection.
